All products sold on this site are handmade cosmetics, not drugs. These products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Our products are made in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of production, slight variations in color, size, weight, and appearance are normal and expected. Each product is unique.
Product images on the site are representative. AI-generated or styled images are used for illustration. Actual products may vary in appearance.
When you place a presale order, you are purchasing a product that has not yet been produced or shipped. Estimated ship dates are provided on the site and are our best estimate. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.
You may cancel a presale order for a full refund at any time before it ships by emailing hello@thegildedgoat.com.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices at the time of your order are the prices you pay.
All Gilded Goat products contain goat milk (Caprae Lac). Individual products may also contain oat, honey, beeswax, essential oils, and other ingredients. Full ingredient lists are available at thegildedgoat.com/ingredients and are linked from every product page.
It is your responsibility to review the ingredient list for any product before use. If you have known allergies to any ingredient, do not use the product. We recommend a patch test on the inner forearm before first use of any new skincare product.
Our products are for external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Some products contain essential oils that are not safe for pets.
If you experience an adverse reaction to any of our products, please contact us immediately at hello@thegildedgoat.com. As required by the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA), we maintain records of all reported adverse events and will report serious adverse events to the FDA as required by law.
